As a fully committed socially and environmentally responsible company, we constantly strive to make a positive difference through all of our business activities. Not only do we want to be one of the best places to work, but we also want Access to be as ethically and environmentally responsible as possible!
We are proud to be the only travel management company credited on BAFTA's sustainable supplier list and have been accredited to environmental standard (ISO 14001) for the past 5 years - we've also worked with many top productions who have been awarded Albert+ certification. We're always looking for new ways to demonstrate that we've adopted the best practices to manage the environmental impacts of our business.
Here's just a sample of some of our key priority areas:
- To reduce the use of resources and to recycle and re-use where possible
- To encourage and communicate with staff to engage in greater environmental awareness at both work and home
- To reduce our carbon footprint
- To operate an energy reduction programme
- To actively support local and global communities
As if that wasn’t enough, we also operate on our own eco-friendly grading programme within our supply chain! Our programme accredits providers who are able to demonstrate that they operate in an environmentally friendly manner, this is marked on our enquires using our green logo !

Access Bookings is delighted to support BBC Media Action, the BBC's international development charity which uses the media to transform and improve lives in some of the world's most challenging places. This innovative charity makes TV and radio programmes, it trains and mentors journalists, runs educational mobile phone services and supports development professionals to improve their communication skills. It reaches an incredible 200 million people across the world, giving them reliable information and helping them make sense of events, engage in dialogue and take action to improve their lives. We are pleased to be supporting the work of BBC Media Action by helping them with their accommodation needs.
