Crowned Best Workplaces in Travel 2025  


This month, we’re absolutely thrilled to have scooped the award for the Best Workplaces in Travel 2025, an accolade not judged by industry experts, but by the people who matter most to us, our loyal and trusted employees. 

Organised by Best Workplaces in Travel, the award was proudly handed to us on 7th July 2025 at a gathering and networking event in central London organised by Grant Thornton. 

Lee Gunn, COO of Access Bookings says:

“For us, this award is far more than a badge of honour, it’s real recognition for the company culture we’ve developed over the last 38 years as an international travel management company and the leadership behind that culture.”  

Rewind the clock to the beginning of the year and our teams were invited to complete an anonymous survey that began by asking what matters most to them in the workplace.  

It then delved deeper into how well we listened, acted and delivered on priorities, such as happiness, wellbeing and progression. Lee continues:

“When our employees rate us on what matters most to them and we deliver, we know we’re doing something right.  Importantly, it’s proof that we invest in creating a stronger and more engaged workplace that people enjoy and feel proud of and that they come to work feeling motivated and content. And we don’t want to stop here either, we look forward to further putting plans in motion to enhance our programmes, policies and pathways across the board. To each one of our employees who voted we thank you, this win belongs to you and importantly it celebrates our collective achievements.”
