Anyone who’s tried to find a hotel confirmation buried in an inbox at 6am will appreciate TripIt. It automatically pulls flight, hotel, and travel confirmations into a single organised itinerary. A small thing that makes a real difference across a busy production.

For overseas locations, offline language packs and live camera translation are genuinely useful. Whether it’s reading directions, a menu, or local signage in real time it can save a surprising amount of hassle.
Expensify – Travel & Expense
For anyone tracking per diems, receipts, or production expenses on the move, Expensify takes the pain out of expense claims. Snap a photo of a receipt and it’s logged which is much easier than a shoebox of paper at the end of a shoot.
